N'GO brand's story began in 2016 in Nantes, France, when two visionary friends, Ronan and Kévin, conceived the concept of "social sneakers." More than just stylish footwear, these social sneakers aimed to make a positive impact on the world.

Kévin, fresh from an eye-opening journey through Mexico, experienced firsthand the social inequality that plagues our planet. Similarly, Ronan, who had spent two years working for an NGO in Vietnam, shared a deep awareness of these issues. They both recognized that fair employment and education were crucial factors in addressing this inequality, and thus, N'GO was born with the mission to deliver both.

Without delay, Ronan and Kévin set to work on developing their initial prototypes. In April of the same year, they launched a remarkably successful crowdfunding campaign that surpassed all expectations. Merely three months later, the first shipment of N'GO sneakers was on its way. Over time, the brand's collection has significantly expanded, now offering a wide range of PETA-certified vegan models.

N'GO sneakers are proudly crafted in Vietnam, providing fair working conditions and employment opportunities. Each pair is made using traditional handicraft fabrics meticulously created by skilled artisans from the Tai Don ethnic minority residing in the northwest region of Vietnam. This approach not only preserves traditional crafts but also contributes to the economic development of an area that has yet to fully benefit from Vietnam's rapid growth.

N'GO's commitment to social responsibility is most evident in their support for educational initiatives. Two percent of every sale is dedicated to the NGO Sao Bien, which endeavors to construct schools in rural regions of Vietnam, ensuring equal access to education for all. The first school resulting from N'GO's efforts was completed in December 2017, marking a significant milestone.
